EVS25 is calling for high-quality research papers from academia and industry across all fields relating to battery, hybrid an fuel cell electric vehicles. EVS25 will offer an excellent platform to encourage networking among scientists, engineers and authority representatives, as well as an occasion to assess the contribution of Battery, Hybrid and Fuel cell electric vehicles towards the reduction of emissions and fuel consumption.
How to submit abstract
You propose your paper(s) by submitting abstract on the web site: - a short abstract not exceeding 200 words - two to three pages extended abstract, outlining the works to be presented, the objective and the goal achieved. Inclusion of key figure, tables, diagrams, and references are strongly encouraged. The Extended Abstract Template .

Papers must not have previously been published and, if accepted, cannot be published through other media. Copyright owner for published papers will be EVS25 organizers. Download the copyright Form Each abstract of paper will be peer reviewed by three reviewers. Decision of acceptance and session allocation will be made by EVS25 IPC on the basis of the evaluation of reviewers.
Acceptance of the full paper may be made void if it differs considerably from the content of the abstract submitted at the time of application; if it is submitted in the format which is substantially different from the requested format; or if it is judged that there is a serious problem in the quality of the paper. Youth Paper Award will be presented to the young authors aged 35 or under for their particularly outstanding papers.
Accepted papers will be presented at the Auditorium/Oral Sessions and the Dialogue/Poster Sessions. Full Papers will be published on CD-ROM that will be distributed on site. The Full Paper Template .
Paper will only be included in the conference proceedings after receipt of one full registration fee in due terms.
